I've done a number of rebreather dives to 230+ feet with a rebreather, FFM, and comm gear - just as you've proposed (except the rebreather was built by Cis-Lunar, and the comm gear by DiveComm). On all of these dives I had a trimix with a PO2 of 1.4bar/atm, a PN2 of ~4.0bar/atm, balance helium. There was some Donald Duck, but not enough to be unitelligible.
