Global's "Compound B" is manufactured by Hydrite Chemical Co, in Milwaukee, 
WI.  Their phone number (off the MSD) is:  414-257-2300.

That MSD states that it is "Not a hazardous material as defined in 20CFR
1501.2 ....".

It is described as a clear liquid, with a slight odor, and completely soluble
in water.  Also, "Contact with skin and eyes may be irritating.  No problem
expected from inhalation."

However, they recommend if swallowed "...call a physician, induce vomiting
and patient prone and warm."

They also recommend that "Local exhaust is preferred" when working with 
this chemical, and also list for respiratory protection that the worker
should use "...gas mask or respirator (Bureau of Mines Approved)"
