     Does anyone know what GMC's "Compound B" is made of?
     
     The catalog states:
     "...Flash rust (on the inside of steel tanks) can be prevented by 
     giving the wet cylinders an internal rinse of Compound rust inhibitor 
     prior to drying...Not for O2 tanks...$14.00/quart.
