I use a pony on EVERY dive whether its 4m or 40m. Infact its difficult to dive without it as i take my drysuit inflation from my main cylinder and my bouyancy jacket from my pony. As its an emergency air supply then i use it for emergency bouyancy as well. All my dive bouyancy is from my drysuit. Safety equipment is no use back at home.
