Rob was quoting from a so-called "authority" of diving (as yet unnamed), as an example of how some recognised authorities haven't a clue what they are talking about. Any idiot who survived a basic open water course should understand that the quoted figures are rubbish, yet this "authority" is on written record with crap like this...
