There are 28.32 liters/cu ft. If you're running 15 lpm on a free flow mask that would give you 26 minutes with a 13 cu ft tank. Too small, definitely. I think that a 40 would be a good compromise. That would give you 80 minutes on free flow or signifigantly more on a demand valve application. The composite tanks would be virtually useless since the most common pressure to pump O2 is around 2200 psi. Hey, a good use for the old lp steels!!! -Carl-
