Does anyone know what the buoyancy characteristics of the 14cu. bottle is, 
when getting close to empty?

An aluminum 14 cu fty. tank, rated at 2015 psi  weighs 5.4 lb. in 
air when empty, has 3.2 lb. of bouyancy empty and has 2.1 pounds of 
bouyancy full.
