This is a good idea that I hadn't thought of. What this would really test is what the benefit of *immediate* recompression, as opposed to delayed recompression. We already know that quicker is better, but I don't think we have a quantitative take on the magnitude of "better". Problem is, IWR involves many other factors (e.g., environmental) that are difficult to test for. Aloha, Rich
