I'm not yet convinced that heliox is the way to go on dives deeper than 
about 250 feet or so.  On the few occassions I have breathed heliox at 
such depths, I have been jittery, nervous, and have found it difficult to 
concentrate. I don't seem to have this problem with trimix.  The sample 
size is too small for me to be speculating much more right now.
