Hey Ronnie,

I hope that's .03 and not .3.  You would be beyond fucked-up and getting
near comatose.
At .3 most folks wouldn't be able to find their car in a parking lot, let
alone drive it out of the parking lot.  New law is .08 and not .8 which
would be about right if you were getting embalmed.
