Hey all,
Getting ready to undertake my first Nitrox course. I know there are a
lot of opinions on agencies and ppo2 and instructors. What I want to
know is: 

What aspects should I be sure the instructors covers adequately?

What amount of prep work should I do prior to the class?

If I get nothing else out of the class, what should I come away with?
