>I too have had more than my fair share of problems with these units. >I have managed to kill off 3 of them completely. >But mostly my problems have been with TU / WU seperations and signal losses. Unfortunately, with the Nemesis line of computers, a signal problem like this causes you to loose al useful information because the real computer is in the TU. The AIR X is the other way around - the wrist unit is the COMPUTER and the TU is only a pressure sensor. Loss of signal ONLY means you loose the tank pressure. >Last weekend I was able to upgrade to the newer Nemesis Nitrox II units. >And at long last I can now say that all of my problems are gone. >I did not have ANY signal loss problems during the 10 hours of water time I >had at the AAUS meeting. I would be very interested to hear how this computer fares over the next several months or so... -Carl-
