For the record, I was the one who started posting the irresponsible deep
air stuff.  Rod was just being his cynical self (in much the same way you
often are).  Also, for the record, I did not bring the discussion to this
list.  I think you're the one who brought it to cavers, and I don't know
HOW it got from there to techdiver. It's way past old now.
