Subject: Regulator adaptation for depths> 100M

What must be done to adapt 1st. stages when the planned MOD is in excess of
100M? Assuming that I will have to crank the intermediate pressure up and that I
use higher pressure Intermediate pressure hoses and stronger springs in my 2nd
stages - what intermediate pressure should I shoot for? Can I then also use
these regulators at lesser depths?

BTW I'm paying @ $1.15 per cu ft for helium in Germany, what is the wholesale
price for helium in the USA?
