Raimo, what did they say about you in the article? I wish they would quote me, it would save me weeks of flamming on here. I can see now that these guys (aquacorps) are the kind of parasites that need to be given a wide berth. In my conversations with them, I realized that I was dealing with the editorial equivalent of "Jerry's Kids". Besides pervading the magazine with their own "personal preference", they know nothing about practical diving and are intrigued by the non-diving aspects of diving, as well as the areas that do not apply to us. I saw their first issue, and it actually had content. The rest are quite empty. You all say Rich had an article in there, but who would bother to find out? If you guys are subscribing to this, you are the problem. Try subscribing to Deeptek - at least these guys are trying to get out the information that applies to all of us, from the begining "tech" diver to the experienced, and they do it without prejudice, or any attempt to modify or qualify . I can tell you from my own experience with these guys that they have no interest in the facts, only the sensational. Notice that they have never mentioned a single dive done by any members of our group or acknowledgement of the techniques involved, yet they claim to be covering this type of activity. Isn't that a little bit of an omission? They are not the only magazine at fault here. There are others only interested in the "on the edge" aspects of our activities. In dealing with that, we have now restricted or editiorial output to either papers published by Todd Kincaid or Jarrod Jablonski, or coverage by Mike Weisenbaker. Deeptek is the only one who is authorized now to write it their way about us - the others just can;t get it right. - G
