Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong=20 >about this. I myself took a NASDS scuba course when I was 12 years old. The school asked for a parent to attend, so to make sure that I understood perfectly. This requirement was waived when they found out that I was making sure my mother understood everything... :) (Hey, when I started the course, I've read both manuals at least 2 times from cover to cover)... In Montr=E9al, there is a school who offers SCUBA classes for children as young as 10 years old, with a junior certification. I believe their agency is PDIC. One night, I went to their pool practice, and one of the instructors there brought along his 8 year old daughter. She was strapped to a 80 ft tank and it was really impressive to see how she was expertly able to control her buoyancy... And some of my buddies (who'll be reading this - so I hope they step in and tell their experiences) learned to dive at age 14. ---- =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D 4 easy steps to make an= universe: =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D ---- 1: Stable matter. 2: Passively self-arranging matter structures (crystals). 3: Actively self-replicating matter structures (biological organisms). 4: Intelligent biological organisms who can modify their environment (man). -*** Marc Dufour *** [\] ACUC 6 31874 *** HTTP://www.cam.org/~MDUFOUR ***-
