Have anyone seen the new? Draeger sensor. It is supposed to be a twin cell with
built in redundancy, when the two parts give different readings the instrument
warns you. However my guess is that this unit has the same drawbacks as other
electrochemical cells.

Have anyone though about lambda cells? They are used in car engines to measure
the FO2 in the exhaust to optimise the mix for the catalythic converter.
