Seldane, like other antihistamines, has been found effective in reducing
or preventing seasickness (motion sickness). Studies were planned to
quantify it's effect on motion sickness, but I've no idea if they were
ever carried out or what the result were.

Yes, there are some concerns with Seldane and existing heart problems. I
also heard of possible interaction of Seldane with some common antibiotics.
