Could those that are using or developing closed circuit rebreathers give me 
a lsit of manufacturers that are

1. currently producing a machine that can be purchased immediately
2. in the process of developing a machine and are likely to have it 
available before hell freezes over

A short summary of each we be appreciated along with price and what 
requirements will be asked for before sale is allowed (ie training , and 
can that training be done in the UK)

What ever happened to the Carmeelan rebreather, has this become the CCR15
