Bob,

I'm surprised, when you first called me about the instructor in question 
he had already talked to me without and said you all had a personality 
conflict he then contacted Randy Bohrer.

The moment you called me and explained your concerns, I backed you 100%
I called Randy then you and he had dialog over it all of which I apparently am 
not aware of, however the person in question did not get certified. As you 
know he was quite upset even to the tune of threatening a lawsuit in 
conjunction with a facility we had discontinued service to based on your 
recommendations. In fact this situtation played a beneficial role as 
it pointed out the need for a strong QC program. 

Knowing this and after all this had transpired you became the focal point of 
both our new QC program and our facility standards. This certainly led me to 
beleive that you were quite happy with IANTD's reaction to the situtation and 
the fact we took steps to prevent future occurances of this nature. 

You did catch me off guard on this one as all our recent conservations 
certainly led me to beleive you were quite happy with IANTD and it's direction 
and reaction to situtations as referenced above.
