Actually, to be technically accurate, EVERYONE gets a little narced at ANY
depth on EVERY dive.  The question is, as always, how impaired are you?  As far
as I know, there's not been conclusive evidence one way or the other, but there
is a lot of anecdotal evidence that leads me to be leery of transderm scop
(Seasick patches) as well as most prescription decongestants.  I even look
somewhat sideways at Sudefed/Actifed tablets.  At the moment, there is even
less known about the effects of increased pressure, increased nitrogen, etc. 
on the effects of these things.
