a) For semi-solid stuff, try backpacker's squeeze tubes - kinda like
oversized toothpaste tubes.  Beware of peanut butter - it's way too "slow"!
:-)  For liquids, use bike bottles.  You can put the spout in your mouth,
open it with your teeth, squeeze the liquid out, and close it without letting
any water in, then blow air in when it gets squeezed down too far.

c) Dive in fresh water.
