I ordered a "SCUDA" (self contained underwater drinking apparatus) from 
the Performance Diver catalog.  It looks exceptionally silly. I've never 
seen my main deep diving buddy laugh as hard as he did the first time he 
saw me with it (that was part of the reason I bought it - to see his 
reaction).  Anyway, it's a little bag that holds 12 oz of liquid (they 
recommend against carbonated beverages, and strongly recommend against 
alchoholic beverages...) that clips to the regulator hose and connects to 
a modified mouthpiece via some clear plastic tubing and a l;ittle valve.  
I've used this thing to re-hydrate a little bet on the decompression 
line.  The tricky part is keeping the water cold.
