Bullshit, George.

I have no problem teaching right from wrong, with proper equipment,
regardless of agency standards. Agency's certify divers, Instructors (at
least good ones) teach them.

I'm not defending agency's, just that a good Instructor does a good job. A
bad one will blame it on the agency and it's standards.
