I understand your problem. I have a healthy appetite myself, and cannot go very long without food. It is as essential as my air. Eating food involves proper planning, just like your dive. So first, you must plan the menu. Mine is something like this: Topside: two eggs, fried large stack of pancakes, blueberrys preferred potatos juice, coffee During descent of dive: Breathe After first 20 min or so of bottom time: Steak tidbits, marinated, cut in small 1/4 inch cubes, carried in ziplock bag. Side of mushrooms, sliced thin Gatorade, plastic bottle with squeeze spout During Ascent: Finish tidbits, then a snickers bar naturally, osme gatoradso During Deco: I prefer TiraMisu, blended together, then placed in a squeexe bottle, but mom's apple pie works also. Cappacinno, or expresso For small snacks in-between, snickers bars and three muskateers work well!! Hope this helps, Raimo.
