First my apologies (and many thanks) to those who refused the urge to
partake of the `crap' that is destroying any possible benefits to be
derived from this `list'. 

This will be my only e-mail as I'm unsubscribing as this group is mostly 
a waste of my time - that required in deleting about 400 messages per week.

If this `list' ever becomes monitored I shall consider subscribing again.
