Hi Rod,

Wow, I was about to list all the things that were done wrong on the
Monitor dive, but it would be a WOB.  Weren't there *any* real commercial
divers on the job?!?  It sounds like they *heard* how to do it, bought
the gear, and just didn't have a *clue*!!!!!!!!!  With that gear onsite
it would be *easy* to do good work at only 220 ft.
