Hi David,
I'd like to confirm what you said about the tables and the model not
matching.  There was enough in Lippmann's book to try and build a
computer version of the DCIEM tables.  It didn't work.  It seemed
clear that the NDL's (and a few other things) had been shifted around
in the most abitrary way.  Enough so that I got very leery of continuing
with it and dropped it.
