I have spoken to Dr. Nishi and he's said that he explicitly does not
wish to produce/allow the production of such a computer, because they
are not interested in releasing the model.  He also hinted (rather
bluntly) that the tables and the computer model do not match exactly,
and that was because they found profiles which needed to be
hand-tweaked, and the model wasn't easy to adjust without making other
profiles very unwieldy.

I can dig up my notes if you really want the details on the schedules.
