There has been confusion betwixt me and the Australian Chris Brown. The Oz version is an excellent diver, according to the people he paid to say so. That CB has dived, dove, doved, dive-o'd on some of the best of the Oz expeditions. I worked on (but was not a cave diver at the time) the '87 Wakulla Proj. Then after cave cert. and time, made the Eagle's Nest documentary, and have farted around in some local caves, some in Akumal, Mexico, and a couple places in the Bahamas, (including a really neat place shown in the Oct. '95 issue of Sport Diver.) In order that people no longer confuse us: I am, by far, the most handsome and humble of the two. Whenever possible, I write checks on his bank account, and he does the same on mine. So far, I'm winning, because my accounts are empty. And I look forward to someday making an "all Chris Brown cave dive" with him.We might even do a chewing gum commercial or perform illusions with Sigfried and Roy. Lecture to schizophrenics? Regardless, please send invoices, subpoenas and complaints to him -- checks, awards, and compliments to me. I do not apologize for the waste of bandwidth -- it's all his fault. - Christopher A.
