Dear Mr. William Mee,

Who are you? Another Technical expert? Tell us about yourself, your
EXPERIENCE, your TRAINING, your DIVE ABILITY, so we can appreciate your
stupid posting. All training agencies have been and will always be around,
whether we agree with all their standards or not. Don't blame agencies for
divers being cheap and stupid. And those enrolling in any technical level
training, by any agency, are much more aware of the risks than an entry level
beginner scuba diver. Those divers that like adventure and pushing the limits
have a right to do so, whether you like it or not. Stop complaining and try
diving!
