I too have been diving on the Nemasis II Nitrox for about three months - the
team I dive with all have them and think as you do its a great AID to diving
(not forgeting the other bailout options etc) . We are now finding that we are
collecting a number of Q's on its operation - for instance have you ever worked
out how the temp compensation works ?? - the manual gives no guidelines on how
it works apart from, increasing deco requirements if its cold - all that means
to us is whats cold ? - is it a stepped function - ie below X degress
Centigrade add 10 % to deco - if its below Y degree Centigrade add 20 % to deco
etc - We have all turned it off on our machines as a current unknown - Does any
other Nemasis II user have any insight into this particular paramter

There is a few others a well, which we can discuss later

Lastly - For all the Metric users out there, have you contacted Cochrane about
they way it does breathing parameter ?? - I would suggest if we go for a
combined voice requesting that it is changed to Litres per min not PSI/min. I
would propose that if you Email me with your TU and WU serial numbers, I would
be willing to collect these and send a combined letter to Cochrane requesting
an enhancement (Private(ish) Note to Chris Hellas/ Martin Smith - would you be
willing to add your *weight* to getting this changed - I'm going to contact UWI
to see if they will help)
