I haven't died yet (<fx> touches wood). Does this mean that I am not 
allowed to have an opinion on dying?

I am all for lowering the drawbridge and letting in everyone thoughts on 
'tech' diving. Remember that everyone at some time in their lives have 
not yet started 'tech' diving.

Surely any publisher would welcome any reader/ subscriber and take note 
of any constructive criticism on how to improve their publication.
