I just got a new OMS tank and had a question about the markings.  On the side
with all the normal stuff (DOT,size,serial number,etc.) it has stamped
"WARNING DO NOT OVERPRESSURE."  This is not on any of my other OMS tanks. 
This one is a new 112cuft.  which I assume (correct me if I'm wrong) is
replacing the old 108's.  I have some old 121's (now they are listed as
125's_) and they don't have the message stamped on them.  Is this just
something the lawyers or DOT made them put on?  Does anyone know if they are
still using the same materials/construction?
