> I have to agree. To call this murder as absurd. No one pointed a gun at these people and forced them into the cave. No one convinced them that this was really an open water dive, and led them blindfolded into an ambush with death. This sounds like a clear case of people without proper certification, stupidly entering a cave system with no precautions, no knowledge of line use, insufficient air, and a host of other mistakes. I'm sorry for their families, but blaming this on the dive guide is almost as stupid as these people being in there in the first place. I'll go so far as to say the dive guide had no business taking them in to the cave system as he did---but this makes him a fool, not a murderer.
