         Adrian, since you live in the Mecca of Strokedom,
you should have no trouble getting all of the misinformation
currently available, and a badge to go with it as well as
an indoctrination into the Society of Strokes. I would just
suggest you go ahead and start taking steroids and lifting
weights right now , and then use the bench to sit on and 
handle your regulators in prepartation for you first 
record attempt. If this seems like too much work (handling
the regs), go right to the rebreather course (it comes with 
a Strokejacket , prepatched with the badges). - Hammer
