I appreciate your sharing of this info with the net as it appears the
current understanding of O2 toxicity is not infallible and justifies
continued discussion and investigation.  Would it be possible to get some
additional info, specifically water temp, current conditions, diver's
general physiology, and diver's experience level (deep dives).  

I also wish to express "get well soon wishes" to your team member and
appreciation for his willingness to share this info on a timely manner.
