I've been told that this can be a problem when switching from heliox to air at 130' or more, but I've never noticed it as a problem when switching from trimix to air (but then again, I used to use fairly high ENDs on my trimix dives). I felt it once when switching to air at 130 feet from heliox on a rebreather. I didn't get dizzy, but felyt a wave of "warmth" go over my body over the course of 3 or 4 breaths.
