You *have* published it. Which means that it has a copyright which means that
no one can *republish* it without permission. Except under those little
"reasonable use" clauses which I don't think would apply to an entire letter.
Copyrights do not need to be claimed at publication time. Anything you write
is automatically copyrighted and protected. At least that's my understanding.
