I just look up and (if necessary) press down on the top of my head.
To quote an old hand:

   "I avoid this by periodically pressing down on the top of my head 
    and forcing the air out."  -- Charlie Gibbs

Works great, with no leaks that I've noticed in several hundred dives,
but I have had folks accuse me of being an air-head.  :)
