are they and what else do they distribute?

Joe Shelarke is indeed going to be the next U.S. Distributor.
Yesterday I got a call from a Mike Fatica who says he'll be our
next rep come Sept. 1.   I guess everything will stay the same,
'cept for the fact they will be the distributors.  They have
to wait 'til Sept. 1 for Parkways dealership to expire.
