Dave: ...sheesh. I have an Idea (look out!). Since I know that some people out there in Tech-Cavers Land are associated with diving publications, why cannot Deep-Dreck or Aqua-Corpse (obviously I grew up reading way too much Mad Magazine). or one of the other mags, who have no personal axes to grind and can be impartial (leaving out Scum Diver if any have advertised in it) run a side by side comparison of the various dive planning programs out there, and publish the results? Then maybe we, the hoi polloi, will have some facts to work with; invective burns bright, but sheds little light. Curt: Gosh Dave I think that is called DeepTech, and like always we are one step ahead with the software idea. Issue # 3 will have an article in it comparing most of the decompression software available on the market today. And helping us out with this article will be the one and only Bill Hamilton.
