From what I can make of the the ''OSHA'' regs this is still a gray area and can be interpreted several ways. Is there a difference between a commercial or industrial dive site and a class room setting? My .02 cents says, yes there is significant difference and ''OSHA'' has no business there. Unless of course it is a commercial dive school. ASTM has a committee that deals with recreational diving. Recreational diving should be left to them. After all most standards developed by ASTM and adopted by the U.S. Government. If any one would like a copy of the OSHA regs send me your fax number.
