I did read many of the messages regarding O2 tox but I must have missed the
one with the referenced formula. I will get back to you on this one. 

Is this formula a new model and is there any data to support it? Frankly, my
initial reaction to its validity is skeptical. But then I've been wrong
before (I voted for Nixon -- twice).
