Rob Palmer from IANTD (UK) is currently working on the IANTD rebreather
course.  He should be teaching the first of these by mid 1994 using the
rebreathers developed by Carmellan Research.  The semi closed Prism should
be out from Carmellan by then, as should the closed circuit version which
is going to be marketed by Oceanic.

Both of these units should be at the next DEMA, if things go to plan.
