> > re: coverage in Dep Diving > I cannot comment about Deep Diving, but wonder if the new edition is available in Oz??? As for a report on Sheck Exley's Last Dive, there was an excellent piece submitted by Jim Bowden (his partner in this expedition) in the last IANTD jjournal of last year. Tom Mount (IANTD HQ) would be able to supply no doubt. There was also excellent comment on the man himself in Aquacorps (C2 edition??). One question....having looked through Sheck's biography "Cavern's Measureless to Man" it appers to end around '88/'89. I appreciate that this may be where Sheck left it, but would ask (and shot me if I am too goulish) is there someone who would be cpable of 'filling in the blanks' up to his death? A second book, written by those closest to him, detailing his exploits in the last 7-8 years could be dedicated to the sport and to some suitable cause (maitaining a memorial at cathedral cave??). At the least it would no doubt be a bloddy good read!!! Finally, can anyone advise a email address for Olivier Isler and any books (translated into English) he may have written? Regards to all, safe diving. Richard T ----------------------------- Diver: Do Not Bend -----------------------------
