Subject: AquaCorps subscription fulfillments

          The Scripps Library has attempted subscriptions to AquaCorps
          for several years with varying degrees of success.
          Sometimes they seem to respond and we get it and sometimes
          no one seems to be home and we dont get it.  My impression
          is that AquaCorps must be a shoestring operation and is not
          highly organized in handling subscriptions as are more
          established periodicals.
