Jack Parry phoned me last night about the BMD rebreather. He claims to
have several refurbished units for sale for $10,000.00 each (regular price
"only" $15,000.00). For my money these are still way too expensive for what
they are ( almost fixed FO2 ) as compared with the Seapack 1000 ( almost
fixed PO2 ) for $10,000.00. The claim is again, that they are safer and lower
maintenance than the fully closed circuit units. For anyone interested in
