 Has anybody come up with an easy way to deal with swamped bags 
when using an up-line?  I keep extra small bag on a reel.

I used to use an old, yellow BC for an upline bouy. Being enclosed, 
it could not dump. Unfortunatly it wore out one day, and I have not 
replaced it. 
 I'd like to make a small, brightly colored, enclosed bag, with an 
over pressure relief valve and an oral inflator, that rolls up into 
a nice package.  It would work as an upline a marker,  or even a 
small, auxillary lift bag.
