Very rarely do I post to these lists, rather I just read and try to benefit
where I can.  However every now and then something triggers a nerve and I
have to reply.  Of course this does not apply to anyone in particular.

I am not trying to negate the skills of any diving group whatsoever, and I
am sure most divers on this list are excellent divers and I would not have
any reservations about diving with anyone on the lists (for the most part),
I to am a selfsufficient extended range diver and dive both wrecks and
caves.
